Volcano Batur is one of the most sacred mountains in Bali, also could be considered one of the wonders of world. It must be seen to be believed, and a trip to the summit of the volcano is a climb worth, with majestic views over Lake Batur and onto Lombok's highest mountain (Mt. Rinjani ). Volcano Batur erupted several times within this century, most recently in 1994 and 1997. In 1994 eruption lasted about one month. Most of the lava was coming out at night time. In November 1997 there was another eruption, but at that time mainly black sand and smoke.

IT IS ONCE IN A LIFE TIME TO EXPERIENCE THE EARLY TREKKING AND ADMIRE THE BEST SUNRISE ON THE BALI’S ACTIVE MT. BATUR ( 1717 M ABOVE SEA LEVEL )

ITINERARY:
02.00     : Hotel pick – up, drive directly to starting point.

03.30     : Drink tea or coffee and breakfast banana pancake with chocolate before going up to      volcano.

04.00     : From starting point about 1,5 hours to reach the peak of Mt. Batur accompanied by experienced organization trekking guide.

05.00     : Stop will be made for a short break and drinking water.

06.15     : Arrive at the peak of Mt. Batur. While waiting for SUNRISE, a packed breakfast will be served with a special volcanic steamed eggs.

06.20     : Enjoy a beautiful sunrise with opportunity of having the view of three nearby mountains: Mt. Abang, Mt. Agung, Mt. Rinjani in Lombok in the first light of the day.

07.00    : Descend the path down to other crater, crater 2 & 3 and last crater which erupted the year of 2000

09.00    : Arrive back on the shore of lake batur, drive more futher where a stop is made and get banana fritter, cold drink and enjoy the fresh Bali organic fruit.

10.00    : Drive back to the hotel

 

 

Option II ( Trekking + Overnight )

BATUR SUNRISE TREKKING + OVERNIGHT + DINNER + BALINESSE LEGONG DANCE

ITINERARY :
14.00         : Hotel pick up. Drive to the trekking base camp (overnight ).

19.00         : Dinner with special Balinesse food at trekking base camp. While get dinner an traditional legong perfomed will show you with classical music kokan.

04.00         : Wake up for the sunrise trekking tour and starting to reach the summit.
